Towel rose — quick card

A blooming rose from a single hand towel — a tray accent, a pillow touch, or the eye between two swans.

  1. 1. Lay the hand towel flat, long edge toward you.

  2. 2. Fold a narrow band along the top edge — this becomes the petal rim.

  3. 3. Roll the towel along its length, banded edge up — roll LOOSELY so petals show.

  4. 4. Fold the tail under to lock the base, flare the top edge into petals, and wrap a green stem.

Done right

  • Visible spiralled petals — an open bloom, not a tight cigar
  • Base is secure and the rose holds together
